1.8+ yrs of experience

2.Prioir experience as a test lead or test manager

3.Experience in creating test strategies, test plans.

4.Experience is working with offshore teams of testers.

5.Experience in Oil field services companies and products is a plus.

6.Experience in using test tools such as TFS, HP Test center, etc.

7.Good communication skills.
