·         Should have knowledge of Siebel Sales & Marketing

·         Good knowledge of SFDC Sales Cloud

·         Should have experience in configuration, administration, basic customization

·         Should have decent knowledge of Sales & Marketing processes

·         Very good communication skills

·         Should have knowledge of business analysis
