Obtaining Google Translate API Key for SDL Trados

Hi,

I would like to know how I can obtain a translate API key from Google for use with the translation software SDL Trados Studio. I did this a few years ago and it used to be very simple. Now the instructions are confusing.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
