Google Translate API for offline handwriting recognition

I am curious does Google Translate API support handwriting files such as png formats, also if not is there a Google service to help out?

Hey Folks,

As far as my research shows, we offer no API for such functionality. There are probably some out there which can be used, although I couldn't recommend any as I've not worked in this field.
