AutoML translation doesn't support html translation. You can use BatchTranslation feature Translation API Advanced for this purpose.

i will send the html content to the auto ml it should be translated the small portion of website content.Now I need to translate entire website.I am using google V 3 beta API i can use Spanish costume model.

Yes you can use spanish custom model trained using automl with v3 translation API. What is your question here exactly?
