Translate text in SVG doesn't work

It is example ( https://905755de82a95cc2ad45da6d057342856b7af011.googledrive.com/host/0B2GQktu-wcTidVBwOEp6TnJpSlE/ ). If you will delete class "notranslate" to translate text in svg, it doesn't work! Why doesn't text translate in svg???

Hi Mikhail,
Could it be that you changed the code and your browser was using a cached version of the page? Because I just tried and the SVG "notranslate" didn't get translated. From your example, the only thing that got translated was the last line at the bottom, as it seems to say it should.
If you could clarify, I'd be happy to look further into this.

I did misunderstand your question, sorry, I thought you were asking the opposite.
Your example says that the text in SVG has the notranslate class but gets translated, your question here asks the opposite. Do you mind deleting the "notranslate" class from your example to properly reproduce what is problematic for you?

Without class "notranslate" the text in svg is not translate.
