PDF: Translate English PDF to Spanish PDF and display to User

Hi there.

We signed up for Cloud Translate as we were told by Google Customer Service Sales that we could indeed upload a PDF English document and the Cloud API would convert it to any language and we would be able to download it to our servers for users to view.

Im reading these groups and it seems that there is not a way to do this as easily as Google Sales told us it would be, or not even at all. 

Does anyone have any information on this?

Hi, we come soon (launch for march) with commercial application that can translate pdfs and allow to correct online styling issues that potentially appear after translating.

Im using Visual studio 2017 with Google.APIS Translate and Vision  DLL's.

Has anyone had any luck translating FROM their web application in C# when users upload a PDF and translate it to another language and it comes back to your web app?
