I’m planning on building a corpus of phrases in which Google Translate currently fails with their corresponding translation.

If I use AutoML would Google have the right to use my corpus to improve their model?

In the data usage they say:

Does Google use my data for improving Google products?
Currently, Google does not use the content you send to train and improve our features

If they decided to change this, could they use the data without providing notice?

No. We can't. Your data will only be used to train your model. Whenever we use your data, the activity is logged and you will be able to know it.
