Generate a Google Translate API Key for Studio and NXT

Hello

I have just created a profile with billing account.

I would like to obtain a Google Translate API Key to input in Trados Studio and Transit NXT, in order to obtain Google’s machine translations directly in these 2 softwares.

Of the great variety of APIs and API uses that are available from Google, that’s basically the only thing I need.

Everythings seems to be explained in programmers language, which I’m sorry I do not understand.

Can somebody provide instructions in simple text on how to generate this API key (the one costing USD20 for 1 million characters), which I will then input in my translation software?

After you get the API key, just copy and paste it into the CAT software you use.
