Problem uploading a file in Google Translator Toolkit!

When i try to upload a file in Google Translator Toolkit i get the following error: "The document did not have any translatable content.", although the file contains text that needs translated.
Can someone give me an answer why this happens?

Splitting it into 2 separate files solved the issue. There are some size limits.
