Unusable for Port to Google Apps

I am trying to use this app to migrate my tasks to my Google apps
account from my old Gmail account.
Both accounts are English/US so Unicode should not be a factor.

1. I have 100+ tasks in my GMail account, but new snapshots only show
1 task. This worked fine 3 days ago.

2. The file formats I export from the snapshots (iCalendar, CSV)
cannot be re-imported into the new account. The tool reports errors,
and none of the tasks get imported. I have never been able to get
this to work.

Could the developers test the use case of migrating from gmail.com to
Google apps, and post instructions on how this is to be done. For now
this tool is unusable for me.
