Providing help email to a member only group isn't helpful

At the bottom there's a link to this group. Emailing that address now
bounces back with a message asking the user to become a member. Whoever
runs that page might want to change that.

exactly. this is a total mess. nooone responds to this group and countless users are going to lose huge amounts of important data if this and the import errors aren't addressed. WTF google? Way to drop the ball.
