About me - Personal Goals in studying Data Analytics

Hello,

My education and experience include Industrial Technology, Programming, Computer Graphics (including graphic design and web development) and various Information Technology roles (liaison, content manager). I took this course with the original goals as follows:

* Expand and build upon existing computer programming knowledge

* Enhance professional value

* Gain greater insight into Data Analytics

Now that I have completed the course, I not only achieved my original goals but also realized I gained valuable additional benefits through completing the coursework and reading the supporting documentation, all which will assist me in future professional roles. These include:

* Greater insight into business marketing activities related to technology

* Expanded knowledge of role of IT in developing overall Business/Organizational Plans, Goals, and KPI's

* Enhanced ability to communicate, contribute, and collaborate across business functions (for example:  IT working with Finance on reporting objectives, extracting and implementing data requirements for Sales Teams, etc.)
