Using GTM to tag elements on Marketo Landing pages

Hi there - Does anyone know if it is possible to use GTM to tag Marketo landing pages and event goals on them? This is pretty critical to work with one of my clients and I'd greatly appreciate any feedback or where to find some tutorials on how this is done.
