Hey there,
I'm afraid it doesn't work like that. GSoC is not about seeking a
patron to support your own project, but rather choosing a job from a
list of available ones (with a lot of flexibility regarding the scope
of your project, but still, there are finely defined limits). And
besides, GSOC is about software development only, whereas your project
involves hardware. Sorry, mate, but I don't think you'll find an
organization for yourself here.
