Which project to work on after choosing an org?

Hi! I've selected two organizations to which I'd like to contribute. I'm just confused as to which of its projects to select.

Should I choose projects with most forks/stars, projects which were selected in prior GSOC, projects which are trending, or anything else?

In short, which projects should I contribute to after choosing an org?
