Participate as Minor

Hi,

I've been coding for a few years, and have contributed to a couple open source projects (engineer @ Frappe - built Gantt, building Drive; supermentor in Python and JS @ Exercism). I've always wanted to do GSoC, but from the next year, college will consume me :). I'm in the 12th grade, and will be finishing it this year. 

I really want to attend GSoC this year - is that possible, as a 17 year old? I'm a citizen of India, and am legally qualified to work in my country.

To participate in GSoC participant must be atleast 18 years old at the time of registration.
