GSoC 2019 Age related issue

As I have already gathered from previous posts here, a student developer must be 18 before they register for GSoC. My question is if this rule will be relaxed for this edition as I turn 18 on April 24 2019, which is after the application deadline (April 9) but before the announcement of participants (May 6)

That rule will be the same for 2019, you must be at least 18 years old by the time you register and be enrolled or accepted into a university program to be eligible for Google Summer of Code. We do not make exceptions to our Rules.
