general error(8001) while creating payoneer account

I filled all the details for payoneer account but after clicking submit it says "General Error(8001)" ! What to do ?

Kindly insure in address line you fill your full address only in 1st given line not in second even payoneer provided but you fill your address only in 1st line.

And then submit perhaps this is done signup.

There is something wrong with Payoneer online application system coding.

The first time I tried to sign up, I filled in all the details for a Payoneer account, but after clicking submit it said "General Error(8001)".

 I searched Google for a solution and found an answer here from "shyam sunder yadav" on 30 Apr:

 "Kindly insure in address line you fill your full address only in 1st given line not in second even payoneer provided but you fill your address only in 1st line. And then submit perhaps this is done signup"

 Well, I did that  and I was successful in creating an account. 

 However after a short while i received an email asking me to confirm my bank account because: 

 "You recently provided details of a bank account that is not in your name"

 The bank account is in my name so I guess you must be using a robot or something to check things or maybe an illiterate part timer?

 Anyway, I followed the instructions  to complete the requested update:

 But, when I completed the information as required and clicked SUBMIT, I got a message asking me to:

 "please enter my email address in a valid format"

 However, there is NO FIELD on the form for submitting an email address, 

 I can only think you have hired incompetents to set up your online system or it is some kind of bizarre Internet joke.

 Please advise ASAP;
