Should proposal be in pdf format only or it can be in Google docs or word format also?

Your proposal must be in pdf format when you submit it on the GSoC site.

Some orgs may request you share a doc view with them so they can comment over the next week but that is up to the org. Talk to the mentors to ask what they want for early review. But you MUST submit a pdf proposal in the gsoc site before the deadline April 4th at 1800 UTC.
