Probably not. So long as the university does not consider you an enrolled student on 27 May then you are not eligible.

Your course will be over, but you'll not receive your degree by that time(I mean 27th May), I assume(if my guess is wrong please ignore this mail). Generally, convocation takes place in the month of July. So, it shouldn't be a problem for you. Many of my seniors did this way, during their pass out year and they even got into gsoc :)
