transfer money from citibank to paypal

hello,

i want to transfer my money from the citibank to Paypal.

i am very new to Paypal and i don't understand many things. i have already associated the citibank account to paypal and now i would like to transfer the money to Paypal. So, has somebody done this? are there some associated fees related to this action? i would like to know some free of charge way to do that.

i have put the content of that page in the email. I don't understand what is the difference between bank account and debit card.

so how do i send the money from the gsoc Citibank account to the Paypal account and preferably free of charge.

what configurations i should so to the citibank account from the following link or some other:  https://www.na.citiprepaid.com ?
