Where does one submit a proposal on the dashboard?

Hi,

Do contributors need to submit their proposals through the dashboard or by contacting the org and sending the mentors their proposals?

Right now, I see no button to add a proposal on the dashboard page.

You click on the blue linked browse organization and then select the org you wish to submit a proposal to and you'll see the 'Submit Proposal' button appear when you look at that org's page.

Right now, I see no button to add a proposal on the dashboard page.

You have to select the org you wish to submit a proposal to first.
