Are you accepted into a university right now? If so, then assuming you meet all the other eligibility requirements, you are still eligible to participate. You don't have to be attending yet so long as a university has accepted you.

I was looking at the FAQ to answer his question and did't see the date

students need  to be enrolled on (I could have missed it). In the past, I 

recall it was mid-April.

I remember hearing that you need to be a full time student, not sure if summer student is a full time student as well. But I would raise that question, so people can clarify.

It's the same date you need to be enrolled on: May 27.

This is not true. You do not need to be attending full time in order to participate.

Students who are accepted into the program will be able to provide their proof of enrollment between May 27 and about June 30. If they do not provide their forms by June 30 they will simply not receive their first program payment until they do. So, assuming you were accepted and could not provide your forms on time, you would have to wait until your university provided them to receive your money.

Because in India most colleges will be shut for the summer holidays, however, if we know the required documents, they can be procured in advance.
