Payoneer registration without SSN

I am F1 student from India. I have applied for CPT to participate in GSOC. I dont have an SSN right now but will get it before May 19.

I called payoneer and they told me to use my nationality as India but I wish to add my USA bank account. I asked Payoneer if there would be any added charges but the representative didn't had the answer.

Now I have 2 options:

1. Use Indian bank account and then transfer money back to USA (Lot of extra charges and taxes)
2. Wait till I get my SSN (Possible Delay in payments)

Is there anyone with simillar problem or a solution to this problem?
