About editing my proposal

I have submitted my proposal to GSOC.But the preview is full with html tags.Is there some thing went wrong?.

Then I went resubmitting my proposal.But it showed me a empty forms.That means my proposal not submitted?

Is there a way to edit my proposal.? please help !

Click "List of my Student Proposals" link and then it shows your submitted proposal. After that you can edit your proposal.

you can't edit it!, if you want to clear about something you have to add a coment in the below

I tried to edit my proposal.But it says This page is inactive at this time.But public reviewers say that I have to give more detail about my internship.How can I edit(or give details) about my Internship.Please Help
