"There was an error in your form, please try again"

This is on http://code.google.com/soc/2008/org_signup.html

I've tried submitting the same form multiple times, rewritten the form
from scratch and even tried two different browsers. I keep getting
"There was an error in your form, please try again"

Any hints?

If you scroll down, there may be an indicator of which field(s) are in
error. Most folks seem to be having trouble with the following:

Who will be your backup organization administrator?
Who will be your mentors be?

These fields accept Google email account and nothing else. For example:

j...@gmail.com, fr...@univ.edu, b...@job.com

No proper names, no other formatting, no other text. And they all must be
Google accounts.

There was no indicator as to which field failed. Just a generic error
which makes like pretty hard.

I have tried various entries for the backup admin and mentors using
gmail.com accounts. Still not working.

I fixed this...

The form seems to have got screwed up due to the way I had filled it
in.

I had first filled out the fields, then logged in then gone back to
the form page and refreshed. It seems like I somehow got an invalid
form.

This time I started from scratch with a new form after logging in. ie.
I logged in then went through the whole navigation to get to the form.
It worked.

Of course this might bhavve been something else too.
