Promoting SoC (Digg posse)

Thanks to Google! This program just keeps getting better, year after
year.

I've posted an announcement on Digg about Drupal's SoC projects, and I
thought it would be nice to start a thread here in case other Orgs do
the same. Gotta shout this great news from the tallest mountains,
