Open Source Organization Working on Blockchain Technology

I have experience working with Ethereum Technology and thus I'm familiar with Blockchain Technology. I'm looking forward to use my existing skills and knowledge on the same to contribute to one such organization. I was unable to find any on the organizations page of Google Summer of Code- https://summerofcode.withgoogle.com/organizations/.

Is there any organization which provides Blockchain based solutions and may participate in GSOC'19?

Org applications for gsoc 2019 have not been announced. If there is a project you'd like to see apply, please encourage them to do so next year.
