Way to read irc messages when offline

Hi, i noticed that in irc u cannot read messages which comes when you are offline. This means that you have to leave your computer always running to receive any updates. Is there any solution to this?
Like any linux software or even a free android app will help.

I found an Android app with the same name which is free.

Sorry, didn't notice u wanted the unpaid ones. My bad. I guess you can download a irc mobile app and keep it on all the time somehow but that won't be too practical. Will check if there is an alternative. :)
