Is it allowed for first year org admins to serve as mentors too?

Is it allowed for first year org admins to serve as mentors too?

Yes, in many cases org admins are also mentors. We essentially see Org Admins as Super mentors in the system (they have the same access in the webapp as the mentors plus additional access like ability to invite mentors, rank proposals, edit org profile, etc.).
