Please tell what to write in "Link id" in student registration form
The examples discussed below does not clearly convey the message of
what is it, should it be some link id registered on some website or
gmail id or something else?

Think of it as your username for the site. It will also be used in
URLs, so you may want to use something simple and not too long.
