Inquiry About Participation from Pakistan

Hello everyone,

I'm Umar, an undergraduate Android Developer currently pursuing Bachelors degree in Computer Science. I have experience with Java, C, C++ and python. I am 18 years old and completely eligible to work in my country. I am currently a resident of Pakistan and was wondering that if there is any chance for me to participate in the GSOC and if yes, can anyone help me get started with the application process?
