Hi,

I'm filling the application form but some of the characters like . , are invalid, which makes the address make little sense or difficult to understand.
So is there a way to solve it?

Thanks

Hi there,
Sure, the way to solve it is not to use any diacritical marks. If
you're asking if there's a way around it, the answer is no. It's a
requirement of our shipping departments as well as our payment
providers.

Thanks,
Carol

You are required to put your address with the valid characters. There is no other way :)
