You can take a peek at the orgs that participated last year:
http://www.google-melange.com/gsoc/program/accepted_orgs/google/gsoc2010
Use the "tags" column to find the type of orgs you are interested in.
Chances are that many of them will return in 2011 (should Google
decide to run GSoC again in 2011).
