Hello everyone....

I am presently pursuing engineering in computer science..I could not
apply for Summer code .. I am interested in doing projects in Neural
networks in java or computer graphics in openCV..So please can can you
tell me details of these subjects as i am new to both of these. If any
code exists please mail it to ardesa...@gmail.com. So that I can
modify/learn and make best out of it..

You can take a look here [0], and use some filters like:
java, openCV, neural, etc, to search for projects
you migh wanna be interested in.

Why don't you give the talk? You have resources [1], [2], [3]
available to all students and mentors to give talks about GSoC all
over the world!

You should be aware that only open-source projects are allowed to
participate in GSoC, and .NET is a proprietary framework. You may
consider looking at the Mono Project instead.
