Proof of Enrollment

Dear GSoC Staff,

Hello! I'm a student attending UChicago, which runs on the quarter system. The previous quarter (winter quarter) just ended on 3/18, and the next quarter (spring quarter, which covers 4/22) won't start until 3/28. Currently, all the records I can obtain (transcript, enrollment certificate, etc.) can only vouch for my enrollment up to winter quarter. I emailed the registrar, who said they can provide me a letter confirming my enrollment for spring quarter, but not until the quarter begins, which is past the deadline.

In this situation, would it be acceptable for me to first upload my enrollment certificate, then when I'm contacted regarding my form being unacceptable, upload the letter of enrollment during the given time frame?

Hello Oliver,

Go ahead and submit the form you have and then when we review the form next week (after the March 25th final PDF proposal deadline). If it is not acceptable we will let you know and you could get a new letter from your university around the 28th. Students with a rejected form will have a few days to upload a new form once they receive notification of the form rejection.

I have Stuent Card in my native language (not english) with date of starting education and date of ending in june 2016 (obtaining baccalaureate). Can I use it to submit my proof of enrollment?

You must submit a translation for any proof of enrollment that is not in English.
