If you are still a student, then you're eligible.

Having said that: Having a job in addition to doing GSoC is probably not going to work out. You're supposed to spend the majority of your time on GSoC, i.e. GSoC is your job and you can't really do another full-time job in addition to it.

Thanks for the info. Yes I understand the concern. I will see if I can
find a project of my interest and still able to cope up with things.
