    Hi,

I've got a tracking number for a second shipment with hopefully the right size tshirt (the first one was way to big). However the status of the shipment on FedEx keeps says "Initiated" since the 21th of december. Any idea what the problem could be? Anyone else in this situation?

    Calin.

Ellen can confirm, but in the past this happens when a delivery notification is generated in error (e.g. they put your address in wrong or didn't actually use the shipping waybill created when doing a batch of waybills for multiple shipments).

Cheers,

And what should I do in this case? I've already mailed Ellen in private about this problem a few days ago, with apparently no answer yet.

I'd be patient and wait for an answer - we did just get back from holidays here in the USA so getting caught up takes a bit of time.
