Payment UPDATES!

The following announcement applies to all those students who have NOT
received payments.
If you recently sent in your documents they have been updated in the
web app. If you sent yours in via fax or email and do not see that
you are checked off, or only one item was received PLEASE resend them.
We will be doing a Western Union Batch Payment on Friday.
If we do not have ANY of your documents (meaning they are not checked
off in the web app.) please send them in by 6/21/2007 at 3pm PST in
order for us to pay you on Friday. If we do not have all your
information we will be unable to pay you until we receive them.
If you are one of the people that needs a SPECIAL PAYMENT we are still
working with our Accounting department. Although we were hoping to pay
you via wire transfer we are having some issues. We may end up paying
you by check which will be sent Fed Ex. That being said PLEASE make
sure that your mailing address and name are correct on the web app. so
that your check will get to you.
We are very sorry for the delay we are trying to work as swiftly as
possible. Once we know how we are able to pay you the next payments
will be much smoother.

Just to clarify, you can confirm that we have your documents on file by visiting code.google.com/soc/student_home.html
If you do not see the notification "Your tax form has been received" and "Your transcript has been received" then we are missing documents from you.
