Sorry to hear you're having trouble. However, this list isn't well-suited for reporting issues like this, as a lot of additional information we would require should not really be posted to a public list. If you are in a position to open a Cloud Support case, that would provide the team with a lot more tools for investigating the issue.
Without the specifics, I can only suggest trying to query the same metrics via the Metrics Explorer in the Cloud Console (or directly via the API) to determine whether the issue is with the metrics themselves or with the Grafana integration.
