Cloud Storage: Stackdriver Monitoring Age of a file before its deleted

Hello Everyone,

Just curious is there a way we can identify Age of a file before it got deleted?

Use Case: Alert in an event if a specific(pdf) file stays in a particular Bucket for more than 15 minutes

We have Logs displaying create/get/delete events - However, i am still unable to capture age of a file using MQL.

Was hoping if i could get some assistance/guidance on this.
