Can't turn on Google Spectrum Database API (not listed)

I was trying to follow the instructions at https://developers.google.com/spectrum/paws/gettingstarted#apikey but the API isn't listed under "APIs & auth" -> "APIs" on the Google Cloud Console. I followed all previous steps at the link above, so now I'm wondering if it's something specific to my account. Is there anything obvious that I'm missing?

The API may have been hidden last week. It should be visible now. Have you been able to access it successfully?

I tried again earlier this week and it was visible. Thanks! I was able to successfully make a request and now I'm looking forward to playing around with this.
