Hi,

I see at least two potential problems with the request content, which might be why you are getting an error response back.

1) The latitude and longitude values you are providing do not fall within the intended service area for the spectrum database.  If you meant to specify a location inside the US, you probably need to give a negative longitude value.

2) The given frequency range is also outside the normal range of TV white space bands.  The US TV frequency band currently goes from 54 MHz up to 698 MHz

Your query also needs to have other fields properly filled in, such as your API key and other mandatory fields (depends on the type of device and query you are trying to make).  For additional details about how to set up database queries, please see https://developers.google.com/spectrum/paws/gettingstarted.

I just tried a few sample queries and things seem to be working for me.
