what do times indicate? newbie question

newbie question: what do the times mean?  there is when we look, an hour, 22h, for instance. What does this indicate??  :)

Hi Eric, that's probably a label on a line of "right ascension".  It's basically longitude for the skies...people on Earth use degrees...astronomers measure it in "hours".
