Urgent Need - Looking for an ETL Developer local to WI or nearby - 6 Months Contract
Position: ETL Developer
Location: Milwaukee, WI - Needed local to WI or Nearby.
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Interview: Phone and In Person interview required.
Required:
5+ years of experience as either an ETL Developer or BI Developer
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or 2008R2
• 3+ years in a Data Warehouse environment is preferred
• Proficient in designing, developing and implementing ETL and/or data integration solutions across a variety of sources
• Proficient using Microsoft SQL Server SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
• Experience with dimensional data modeling in a data warehousing / BI domain
• Strong structured problem solving skills and analytical thinking
• Demonstrated database design and stored procedure skills
• Ability to turn requirements into implemented database solutions. Incorporating business logic into data sourcing logic with necessary data structures, data validation, exceptional handling and automated reporting.
• Follow necessary quality assurance methodologies to ensure that the database processes meets the expected performance and scalability requirements.
• Must be flexible, be able to change priorities quickly, handle multiple tasks concurrently and dedicated to completing assigned tasks on time
• Individual must be a self-starter and capable of working independently as well as part of a team and capable of learning new tools and technologies
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience working with non-technical users
