sites api for google hosted not app hosted

Hi there,
I have a site that is hosted on sites.google.com not the google apps domains with a custom domain.

1. how can I use the api to access it ?
2. how can i copy the content to an apps hosted domain?

The site is :
https://sites.google.com/site/flosokaks/

So I would use the domain : google.com
and site :flosokaks

But I get errors :
