Google Sheet Pivot Table Formula Formula

I have created a Google form that connects to a Google sheet. I set up a pivot table through a response sheet, but every day I face a problem after submitting new information through a Google Form. Every morning when I open the Pivot Formulated file, it shows blank. My formula is
Row: Name
Column: Date
Values: Total Sales and Total EC

I clearly set the complete range, but the table goes blank after I submit new information. If you want, I can share the file.

I need to fix this problem.

Rather than using Pivot table, I suggest using query formula.
