change image from in a cell to over cells on android

On a computer web browser I can right click on a cell holding an image.  From the menu item "Image" there is a choice to change to "put image over cells."  This allows me to actually view an enlarged image.  Ctrl-Z backs out of the change and puts the image back into the cell.  

The android app the "Image" menu only presents a way to store a new image, replacing the current contents.   My goal is to be able to view an enlarged image stored inside the cell.  

Anyway to do this on android?
