Restricting multiple editors to one row

Hi All -  I have a sheet with forty  editors. I need to restrict those editors to only edit one row.  If it can be done can someone please give me a step by step way of setting this up. Many thanks Richard

Hey Richard,

When you say "one row," do you mean:

Each person has their own unique row (40 people = 40 different rows)?
Or everyone should be able to edit the same single row and nothing else?
